Gîte Orina
Gîte ORINA is a fully equipped gîte for 6 people. The entrance to the gîte is on the ground floor, but the actual living areas are on the first floor. There is a wooden staircase in the hall leading to the living room and a stone staircase outside leading to one of the bedrooms.
More people? No problem, you can rent 2 extra bedrooms and 1 bathroom (located in a hallway on the first floor of the mas, accessible via a stone exterior staircase). The gîte can then accommodate up to 10 people. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located in a corridor on the first floor of the gîte. If they are rented together with the gîte, we open an outside door that gives access via a stone staircase to the courtyard garden where the gîte is located.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious hall with stairs leading to the first floor. On the first floor, you will find the living room (air conditioning) with a fully equipped open kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning that opens onto the living room, and the third is located at the end of the night hall. The hallway has a cupboard and a separate toilet. In the living area, there is a staircase to the mezzanine, where you will find the second bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet. Outside, you have (private) access to the swimming pool, a covered terrace with dining table and sofa, and a separate outdoor bar. The gîte is fully equipped, with a hairdryer in the bathroom and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/deep freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. Bed linen is also provided. . Just bring your own beach towels for the pool.

Do you like to take your dog on holiday with you? No problem, we are also big animal lovers. The large fenced garden (1.5 metres high) will certainly appeal to them, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the neighbourhood. If they like swimming, they will love a trip to the nearby village of Collias, for example.
Does your dog normally sleep in a kennel? No problem, there are two removable units available (75x80x120). Again, please note that the living area is on the first floor and you will need to use the stairs. (Closed staircase)
We only ask that they behave in an orderly manner, for example, no hooligans destroying furniture (guests after you also want to enjoy the gite 🙂 ) and that you keep everything tidy.

April, May (except Easter holidays): €1,350/week
First weeks of June: € 1,550/week
last week of June: € 1,650/week
high season (July and August): €2,300/week
Easter holidays: €1,650/week
September: €1,650/week
October: €1,250/week (excluding firewood when using the wood-burning stove)
Gîte 10P (gîte 6p + 2 extra bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
July-August: €2,800/week
Other periods: prices on request
The rent includes bed linen, towels and tea towels. Water, gas and electricity are also included.
Only beach towels for the swimming pool or kayaking are not included.
We ask you to leave everything tidy and in its place, but the final cleaning will be done and is included.
In case rental colder season, possibility to use de wood stove. Possibility to provide wood, to ask before arrival and price of the moment.
Deposit: €450 for the 6-person gîte and €550 for the 10-person gîte.
Deposit: 30% upon booking, the balance no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period and the deposit no later than 8 days before the start of the rental period.
