Rental Rates and Conditions
Included in the rental price
- Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included. Guests must bring their own beach towels, which must be used to protect the sun lounger cushions and are also required for activities such as kayaking.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, guests are expected to leave the accommodation tidy and put everything back in its proper place. The dishwasher must be emptied, the plancha grill cleaned after use, floors quickly vacuumed and bins emptied. Changing the bed linen and the full cleaning of the accommodation are taken care of by us.
- A fixed allowance for water and gas consumption (for the plancha grill) is included.
- A fixed allowance for electricity consumption is also included. Excessive use, for example running the air conditioning continuously or unnecessarily leaving the garden lights on, may result in an additional charge.
Winter season
During the winter months, guests may use the wood-burning stove in the gîte and the built-in fireplace in the studio. Firewood is available at an additional cost, at the rates applicable at the time.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It is payable for each guest aged 18 or over, at the rate applicable at the time of the stay.
Minimum stay
- During peak season, rentals are available for a minimum of one week (7 nights).
- Outside peak season, shorter stays may be possible. For bookings of less than one week, an additional cleaning fee applies. This ranges from €50 to €120, depending on the accommodation booked.
Payment terms
A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Security deposit
The security deposit depends on the accommodation booked:
- Studio: €300
- Accommodation for 6 guests: €450
- Apartment: €450
- Accommodation for 10 guests: €550
- Accommodation for 12 guests: €600
- Accommodation for 15 guests: €750
