The studio is located on the first floor of the mas and is accessible via the central staircase.
The studio is suitable for 2 people and has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave; a dining/seating area; a bed (160×200 box spring); a large flat-screen TV; and a separate shower area with shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is also a built-in wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings and a portable air conditioner for warmer days.
At the rear, on the garden side, you have access to a terrace with dining/seating area and a gas plancha. During the summer, an above-ground swimming pool is also available.
Parking is available on the property.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.
We ask you to leave everything clean and tidy, but the final cleaning is taken care of by us.
Water, gas (plancha) and electricity consumption are included in the fixed fee.
Use of the portable air conditioner or firewood is possible at an additional charge (see rates).
Note:
One of the practical features of our accommodation is that the studio opens onto the central staircase of the mas, while the hallway with the additional bedrooms actually has access from two sides.
On one side, it can be accessed via the stone outdoor staircase leading to the courtyard, while on the other side of the hallway there is a door leading to the central staircase.
Depending on the configuration, certain doors and hatches can therefore be opened or closed.
