The entrance to the gîte for up to 6 people is located in the enclosed courtyard.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. In the entrance hall, you will also find an additional fridge and freezer, as well as the washing machine.
On the first floor, you will find the living room (air-conditioned) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning that opens onto the living room, and the third bedroom is located at the end of the night hallway. The hallway also has a built-in cupboard and provides access to a separate toilet.
From the living area, stairs lead to the mezzanine, where you will find the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
Outside, you have your own private enclosed courtyard with the swimming pool (heated from May to September), a covered terrace with dining table and bench, and a separate outdoor bar.
The gîte is fully equipped for your comfort. Hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms and towels are also supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, and plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. Bed linen is also provided.
You only need to bring your own beach towels for the cushions on the sun loungers or if, for example, you would like to go kayaking.
For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a gas plancha. The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates, etc., so you have everything you need there as well. No need to carry everything from the gîte kitchen outside.
(Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? No problem, we are great animal lovers ourselves. The large enclosed garden (1.50 m high) is sure to make them happy, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks nearby. If they enjoy swimming, they will love a trip to the neighbouring village of Collias, for example.
Does your dog normally sleep in a crate? We can provide 2 foldable crates (75x80x120).
Once again, please keep in mind that the living area is located on the first floor, so there are stairs to climb. There is a wooden staircase in the entrance hall (with closed risers), and there is also a stone staircase leading to the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom.
We simply ask that your dogs behave themselves, for example, no little hooligans destroying the furniture (the guests staying after you would also like to enjoy the gîte 🙂), and that you leave everything clean and tidy.
