The option for up to 12 people combines the gîte (up to 6 people) with the additional hallway (4 people) and the studio (2 people).
Ideal for a larger family or several generations who want to enjoy a holiday together, while also having their own peaceful space.
Or for 2 families, as combining the studio with the additional hallway essentially creates 2 gîtes, each with its own kitchen/dining area and bedrooms/bathroom, while still sharing a communal outdoor area and swimming pool — perfect for enjoying aperitifs together, sharing meals or simply relaxing.
